This is the most dangerous form of asbestos and should not be disturbed under any circumstances, unless it is being removed by a suitably qualified asbestos removalist.

Sprayed (Limpit) Asbestos in a Home

You would normally see sprayed (limpit) asbestos like this in larger commercial buildings, but here we see the ceilings inside a home and the extensive preparations being made to remove it.
Limpit asbestos is easily disturbed, so is extremely hazardous.
